Initiation to wine tasting
Overview
Discover the world of wine tasting by taking part in our introductory course designed around WSET tasting techniques to awaken your senses and refine your palate.
We’ll discover two white and two red wines, from appellations chosen according to your preferences, or that we can select for you according to your tastes.
Depending on the ambience of your event, we can organize it in a fully-equipped tasting room, at a wine shop, in a hotel, or at your home.

Course
Welcome participants at the meeting point. Make yourself comfortable and say hello to the other participants!
We start with the lightest of the four wines to be tasted. For the discovery of this first wine, we introduce the important notions of appellation, grape variety, and the steps to follow when tasting a wine.
This is followed by alternating moments of pause to enjoy the wine tasted, and tasting of subsequent wines.
We’ll tell you where you can find the wines you’ve tasted, so you can order them if you’d like to enjoy them again in the future!
