Come and visit the pink city with a local who will give you a gastronomy-oriented presentation of the city, while evoking its history, and giving you his best addresses for eating out in Toulouse!

Course
Departure from Place du Capitole. Introduction, then passage under the arcade gallery.
Departure for the Saint-Sernin basilica via the Rue du Taur, with its many restaurants.
Introduction to the Basilica, then off to St. Peter’s Square, stopping to visit the gardens of Europe’s oldest law university.
A short break with a chance to taste Uncle’s famous Pastis. Then off to Esquirol along the banks of the Garonne.
Arrive in the Esquirol and Carmes districts, passing through picturesque little streets, past Toulouse’s consular palace, and finally Saint-Etienne’s Cathedral.
The last stop on the tour is Place Saint-Georges, where we can end our visit on one of the city’s most beautiful terraces.
