Seminar château de Pennautier
Overview
Treat your colleagues to a unique experience by organizing your seminar at Château de Pennautier, a winegrowing estate in the Languedoc region nicknamed the “Petit Versaille”.
Our host Yann will welcome us to Château de Pennautier to show us how he makes his wine, which he will introduce us to tasting, before we can enjoy more of it in the estate’s restaurant.

Course
Depart Toulouse from Compans Caffarelli by bus. Journey time is estimated at 40 minutes. It is advisable to arrive 10 minutes early.
On this guided tour of the estate, discover the vines and the cellar. Learn about the winemaking techniques used and enjoy the architecture of the cellars.
Awaken your senses to wine-tasting. We offer 3 wines from the estate (one rosé and two red). Learn to analyse the aromas and flavors of each wine.
Take a relaxing break and stroll through the vineyards. You can also continue tasting the estate’s wines, all in a friendly atmosphere and with live music (indoors or outdoors, depending on the weather).

There is no on-site catering. Remember to bring your picnic!
Yes, you can bring your own picnic to eat on site.
Comfortable shoes are recommended if you wish to walk through the vineyards. We recommend that you check the weather forecast the day before departure and plan accordingly.
There can be between 10 and 60 people, depending on bookings.
A tour in each language is offered every Saturday.
In order to reduce environmental waste, we do not distribute plastic water bottles. If you wish to have water during your visit, please bring a reusable water bottle with you.
